Job summary

Manychat is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth by delivering actionable analytics and strategic insights. You will partner with Business Ops, Product, Marketing, and Finance to understand drivers across the business and influence the mid- and long-term roadmap.

You’ll own forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong emphasis on SaaS metrics, data quality, and scalable analytics tooling. Hybrid work in Amsterdam supports collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in business analytics within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; Python, R, and/or Git is a plus.
• Comfortable using statistical concepts such as distributions, variance, and significance.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing/packaging, or market expansion.
• You’re proactive and able to manage projects end to end and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives that drive Manychat’s growth and strategic roadmap.
• Build growth and revenue forecasting models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop tools and dashboards to monitor performance and enable rapid action.
• Own executive-level reporting with clear narratives and takeaways for Leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance to unify insights and strategic decisions.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
