Job summary

Manychat is seeking a sharp, impact-driven Product Analyst (Middle or Senior) to join the Product Analytics team. You will translate data into actionable insights, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform decisions across a fast-scaling SaaS platform used by over a million creators and brands.

The role emphasizes defining KPIs, building metric trees, designing experiments, and delivering dashboards while ensuring data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics or similar area, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau) is expected.
• Metric trees & product mindset: translating data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions.
• Experimentation: familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design is a bonus.
• Stats: solid grasp of statistics and distinguishing signal from noise.
• Clear storytelling to influence PMs, engineers, and leaders; confident challenging assumptions.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven Product Analyst to help us build products our customers love. This is a Middle or Senior Product Analyst position. You’ll join the Product Analytics team at Manychat, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring data into every decision we make. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into quick action: zooming in to uncover the signal in the noise, and zooming out to see the big picture. What You’ll Do

• Drive insights that matter: Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide product decisions and strategy.
• Shape success metrics and influence the roadmap: Partner with PMs to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes. Surface insights that size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen prioritization.
• Guide experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Build trusted data: Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking.
• Make data accessible: Create dashboards, enable self-service, and drive data literacy across product teams.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Experience: 4+ years in product analytics or similar area, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Technical skills: Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is expected.
• Metric trees & product mindset: Comfortable building and working with metric trees, and translating data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions.
• Experimentation (a plus): Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design is a bonus.
• Stats comfort: Solid grasp of statistics and how to separate signal from noise.
• Communication & confidence: Clear and compelling storytelling – you can influence PMs, engineers, and leaders alike. Comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing back on stakeholders when the data tells a different story.
• AI fluency: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up analysis, generate hypotheses, write/debug SQL and Python, and streamline reporting.
• Ways of working: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently.
