Manychat is seeking a sharp, impact-driven Product Analyst (Middle or Senior) to join the Product Analytics team. You will translate data into actionable insights, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform decisions across a fast-scaling SaaS platform used by over a million creators and brands.

The role emphasizes defining KPIs, building metric trees, designing experiments, and delivering dashboards while ensuring data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics or similar area, ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis; proficiency with BI tools (Tableau) is expected.
• Metric trees & product mindset: translating data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions.
• Experimentation: familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design is a bonus.
• Stats: solid grasp of statistics and distinguishing signal from noise.
• Clear storytelling to influence PMs, engineers, and leaders; confident challenging assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide product decisions and strategy.
• Define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals that connect product impact to business outcomes.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable data models and tracking.
• Create dashboards, enable self-service, and drive data literacy across product teams.
