Job summary

the company is a leading cloud infrastructure provider building a full-stack AI cloud platform for developers and enterprises. The role focuses on growth analytics to optimize self-service and capacity, pricing, and product prioritization in a dynamic AI environment.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Finance and Sales to turn insights into tangible improvements across EU markets, with options to work from Amsterdam, London, or remotely from any EU country.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and product judgment to balance value, monetization and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale customer, product and usage data.
• Strong financial modelling skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization for technical products.
• Collaborates across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Hands-on, proactive, works well in ambiguous, technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers including usage, health, retention risks and growth opportunities.
• Translate demand and plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure capacity utilization and improve commercial value of available capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models including commitments and on-demand pricing.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings, including segmentation and priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales to turn insights into product improvements.
