Job summary

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South and voco The Hague seek an Individual Groups & Events Reservations Coordinator to support planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events across two hotels. You will work with the Cluster Reservations team and Meetings & Events department to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role requires strong English, good Dutch, and proficient MS Office; Opera experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English; Dutch preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Opera is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and work with cross-functional teams.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on past business.
• Attend team meetings and provide event updates and challenges.
• Invoicing and post-event evaluations for client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with banqueting and front desk to ensure event success with BEOs.
• Communicate with guests via email and phone in a timely manner.
