Job summary

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South and voco® The Hague are seeking a Groups & Events Reservations Coordinator to join a dynamic team. You will work closely with the cluster reservations team and Meetings & Events department to deliver seamless event experiences.

You will assist in planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events, maintain client relationships, and ensure accurate data in the systems, with a focus on accuracy and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and conference bookings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events.
• Maintain relationships with clients and follow up on current/past business.
• Coordinate with banqueting, front desk, and other departments for event success.
