The Social Hub in the Netherlands is seeking a Community Group Reservations Sales Intern for a 5-6 month period starting Sep 2026. You will coordinate group reservations across locations and learn to tell the The Social Hub story, selling our concept and services to guests and members.

You will work with hotel systems (Mews, Pxier and Omniboost), Zendesk, Salesforce and other key platforms, supporting our local team to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university.
• Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Hospitality-minded with an enthusiastic and open approach, with affinity and interest in sales and customer experience/support.
• Flexible; weekends/evenings may be required.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Take enquiries and bookings via various channels.
• Execute financial handlings such as sending out, checking and raising invoices.
• Prepare arrival information with completed final and accurate details for our local colleagues.
• Work with Mews, Pxier, Omniboost, Zendesk, Salesforce and other main systems.
• Advise guests on The Social Hub services and products.
• Respond to inquiries via email, telephone and other channels regarding reservations and guest needs.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist colleagues during peak moments.
• Support local operations to deliver unforgettable experiences.
