Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred (MBA, Economics, Marketing, or related).
• 12+ years across Commercial Operations, Sales/Marketing Enablement, Analytics/Insights, Strategy, or Transformation in a global/regional environment.
• Proven executive stakeholder management and governance leadership at Zone/BU leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with senior Europe Zone and Market Sales & Marketing leadership; act as trusted advisor and primary escalation point.
• Establish and lead governance forums (operational reviews, QBRs, steering committees) with clear decision rights and escalation paths across Europe Zone, Global Commercial, and GBS/GCC leadership.
• Drive end-to-end performance, controls & service excellence with service delivery leads; implement dashboards, insights, and executive-ready reporting.
• Own transformation, value delivery & continuous improvement; build business cases, influence investments, govern benefits realization.
• Develop People & Capability; build and lead a two-layer capability with Business Partners and demand shaping SMEs; establish training and playbooks.
