Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to lead Europe Developed Markets in the EPDM region. You will translate global strategy into zone priorities, manage annual merit cycles, and partner with HR and business leaders to design market-competitive solutions.

The role drives governance, analytics, and documentation, reporting to the Head of Rewards, EPDM, in a high‑impact team. You will influence stakeholders, lead a zone team, and ensure alignment with global standards while

Qualifications

• Strong experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
• Experience using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology (or similar job architecture).
• Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analyses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prior people manager experience is a benefit.
• 5-10+ years of prior compensation experience.
• FMCG experience preferred but not required.
• English language required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate the global compensation strategy into the EPDM Zone and set Zone priorities.
• Manage the annual merit cycle across the EPDM zone.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to advise on compensation solutions.
• Determine and manage compensation projects within the EPDM Zone.
• Ensure appropriate sizing using Korn Ferry Hay methodology and support org design.
• Provide tools and analyses to ensure fair, market-competitive pay.
• Create compensation documentation, toolkits, and manager materials.
• Keep HR leaders and business aware of key compensation knowledge.
• Coordinate with Global Compensation teams and contribute to global projects.
• Oversee compensation governance and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the zone compensation team.
