Qualifications

• Must have HBO/WO level thinking and preferably a business/economics background.
• Analytical, structured, and capable of translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and ability to develop and implement uniform processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of financial processes and reports (budgets, balance sheets, P&L, annual reports, investment analyses).
• Identify deviations, ask critical questions, and investigate financial mutations down to detail.
• Supervise and develop local finance staff and controllers; act as sparring partner and quality guardian.
