Dolmans Landscaping Group seeks a Group Financial Controller to safeguard financial information and professionalize local teams. You link the group and branches, ensure quality of reports, supervise budgets, balance sheets, P&Ls, and investment analyses, and drive uniform processes.

You will monitor liquidity, manage payments, and guide financial staff across branches, contributing to multi-year plans and management discussions with a hands-on, quality-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Higher professional or university education in business economics or similar.
• Several years of controller experience in a financial role.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, balance sheets, P&Ls, annual accounts, and investment analyses.
• Monitor liquidity, payment processes, and accounts receivable management.
• Provide functional guidance to financial staff and ensure uniform processes.
• Present analyses to Management Teams and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure financial discipline and accuracy.
