Qualifications

Group Financial Controller - Dolmans Landscaping Group

You strengthen the financial quality of the branches through oversight, sharp analyses, and the functional management of local financial teams. As Group Financial Controller, you are the link between the group organization and the branches. In this overarching role, you work independently but maintain close contact with local financial teams. You ensure the quality of financial processes and reports, such as budgets, balance sheets, P&Ls, annual accounts, and investment analyses. Furthermore, you identify discrepancies, ask critical questions, and investigate financial transactions down to the last detail.

You also monitor the liquidity position, the payment process, and accounts receivable management. Where necessary, you make adjustments or temporarily take over tasks at the branch. You make substantive contributions to multi-year plans and scenarios, present analyses to Management Teams, and help identify areas for improvement. In this role, you act as both a sparring partner and a quality guardian.

In addition, you provide functional guidance to financial staff and controllers within the branches. You support colleagues in their development and actively contribute to financial discipline and uniform working methods. You perform all of this from the location in Bunde, together with a compact and expert team, in an organization where culture and complexity converge.

What else do you get?

• You will be directly employed on a permanent basis by Dolmans Landscaping Group in Bunde.
• This is a position of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Every month you receive a gross salary of at least €4.591. and a maximum of € 6.788, - according to the VHG collective labor agreement (based on 38,5 hours and your education level and experience).
• Supplemented by a good pension scheme.
• You enjoy 25 vacation days and accrue ten compensatory time off days per year (based on full-time employment).
• You will receive an electric lease car, laptop, and phone from us.
• Opportunity to work from home one to two days per week.

What are you bringing?

• Higher professional or university working and thinking level. Preferably with a business economics education.
• Several years of experience as a controller.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Affinity with project management is a plus.
• You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner, and quickly grasp financial data.
• And you communicate clearly, switch gears independently, and know how to make financial matters understandable.
