Job summary

Connect Group is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to join our finance team in the Netherlands. You will deliver institutional-level assurance on financial controls, drive improvements, and embed governance across the organization, with a focus on IFRS and Dutch GAAP compliance.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant financial experience, ACCA or equivalent, strong MS Office 365 and NetSuite skills, and fluency in English (Dutch preferred). Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 3–4 years of relevant financial experience in corporate finance or controls.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly and group consolidations in IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Manage annual audit process with group auditors and statutory filings.
