Job summary

Nearfield Instruments is seeking a Group Controller to ensure IFRS reporting integrity, oversee group consolidation, and maintain robust internal controls. You will work closely with the CFO, coordinating audits and transfer pricing while leading ERP initiatives and data quality improvements.

The role operates autonomously at group level with exposure to all entities, and requires full-time availability at the Rotterdam office in a fast-growing high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; RA/RC strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS-compliant group financial statements.
• Lead monthly management reporting to CFO and senior management.
• Coordinate annual report process and act as primary contact for external auditors.
• Own and maintain transfer pricing policy and intercompany documentation.
• Serve as finance lead in ERP implementation and optimisation projects.
• Drive data quality improvements and subledger consistency across the group.
• Coordinate internal audit activities and follow up on findings.
• Oversee payments and debtor portfolio management.
