Job summary

People in Science is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Breda site, operating and improving semi-automated production lines in a GMP-regulated environment. You will monitor processes, perform set-ups and changeovers, and ensure accurate data capture in SAP/MES.

We expect at least 2 years of production experience, familiarity with SOPs and GMP, and strong English communication. The role is 2-shift, with a competitive package including a salary of €44,000–€49,000 gross annually, plus bonus and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years on a production/automated environment.
• Experience with SOPs and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production lines.
• Perform set-ups, changeovers, line clearances & cleaning.
• Troubleshoot disturbances and restore equipment performance.
• Make minor equipment adjustments.
• Conduct in-process quality checks.
• Record and verify data in SAP and MES.
• Support deviation investigations and CI initiatives.
• Ensure GMP, quality and safety compliance.
