Job summary

People in Science, Breda, seeks a Process Operator to run a pharmaceutical production line in a GMP-regulated biotech environment. You will monitor processes, perform changeovers and ensure product quality on a semi-automated line as part of a skilled team.

The role involves recording data in SAP/MES, analyzing deviations and contributing to LEAN improvements. The position currently operates a 3-shift schedule with a planned transition to a 5-shift schedule around January 2027, offering

Qualifications

• You have hands-on experience in operating pharmaceutical production lines.
• You understand GMP requirements and LEAN improvement methods.
• You are analytical, proactive and capable of troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring a pharmaceutical production line.
• Performing changeovers and adjusting production equipment.
• Monitoring process parameters and product quality.
• Recording production and process data in SAP/MES.
• Analyzing deviations and taking appropriate action.
• Supporting shift handovers and root cause investigations.
• Contributing to LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
• Working according to GMP procedures.
