Job summary

Colosseum Dental, a leading European dental service organisation, seeks a Workday Specialist to support daily HR Tech operations from Breda with occasional remote work. You will optimize Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Performance & Talent, and collaborate with multiple country HR teams to implement best practices across 11 countries.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of Workday experience, strong data analytics, and stakeholder management skills, plus a Master’s in Business/HR/IT.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple functional areas.
• Analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Stakeholder management experience with BAU support.
• Multi-country/multi-entity experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking.
• Configure and test product enhancements, releases and maintenance.
• Partner with country HR teams to tailor business processes in Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and privacy; conduct audits and reviews.
• Manage permissions and interface operations for end users.
• Support interfaces and EIBs to subsystems; monitor recurring processes.
• Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics; support auditors.
