Zusammenfassung

Colosseum Dental is seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to administer and enhance Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Performance & Talent. Based in Breda with remote work options, you will join a global IT team and drive data-driven HR solutions across 11 countries.

You will own day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, ensure data privacy, and develop reports and dashboards to support HR, finance, and audit needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent.
• Experience with Custom Report Development and data reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into Workday configurations.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day administration and improvements of Workday modules, including troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Participate in product enhancements, configuration, maintenance updates, and testing.
• Partner with country HR teams to configure business processes and leverage Workday functionality.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy through reviews, testing, audits and change management.
• Manage permissions and system operations for end users.
• Support interfaces and EIBs to subsystems and monitor recurring processes.
• Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics for the organisation and audit support.
• Monitor JIRA tickets and provide timely support on requests.
