Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Business System Specialist in the Netherlands. You will own warehouse system processes, drive design, validation and deployment across global sites in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in pharma warehousing/distribution.
• In-depth SAP and WMS experience.
• Strong process mindset with cross-functional skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse system specifications and drive deployment.
• Lead planning, requirements gathering, design, build, test, migration, training.
• Own validation tasks, documents and assessments for warehouse systems.
• Define training content and documentation for warehouse systems.
• Maintain warehouse system user roles and perform audits.
• Collaborate with Sites, Manufacturing, GSC and DTI.
• Identify opportunities to apply new technologies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and savings in warehousing.
• Contribute to network collaboration.
