Job summary

Get 360Pharma is looking for a Senior Logistics Process Engineer to be based in Schiphol. The successful candidate will enhance warehousing and weigh & dispense processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.

This role requires substantial collaboration with engineering and management to drive improvements. A relevant HBO degree and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles are essential. Also needed are Six Sigma certification and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of applicable experience in warehouse, distribution, or production process roles.
• Solid understanding of GMP, GDP, and validated process controls.
• Fluent in English (B2 level) is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve warehouse and weigh & dispense processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead process introductions and hand‑overs in partnership with operations.
• Monitor processes against GMP/GDP and act to protect product quality.
• Plan and oversee acceptance testing of processes and equipment.
• Conduct data-driven trend analysis to identify continuous improvements.

Skills

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Proficiency with MS Office

Strong data analysis skills
