Qualifications

• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or other relevant software; SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily transportation operations within the warehouse; ensure shipments are dispatched efficiently and delivered on time.
• Monitor and track shipments; take action to address delays or issues.
• Improve transport efficiency by working with warehouse teams and external carriers.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation: invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs.
• Communicate shipment statuses, delivery times, and changes to customers.

In this role, you coordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouse, ensuring that shipments are dispatched efficiently and delivered on time. You closely monitor and track shipments and take immediate action when delays or other transportation issues occur. By working closely with warehouse teams and external carriers, you continuously look for opportunities to improve transport efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of goods.

You are also responsible for maintaining accurate shipment documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs. Clear communication with customers is an important part of the role, keeping them informed about shipment statuses, expected delivery times, and any changes that may occur.

YOUR TASKS

Key responsibilities also include:

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and applicable safety standards;
• Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to plan, monitor, and streamline transportation operations;
• Assist in developing and implementing transportation policies, procedures, and process improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred;
• Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics, experience as a supervisor is preferred;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or other relevant software;
• SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory;
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure;
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills in English.
