Job summary

DSV in Venlo is looking for a Training Specialist who will develop and deliver training for our employees, including Warehouse Management System training, across the EMEA region and online.

You begin with onboarding, study DSV Operations, then deliver your own courses in the Netherlands and beyond, coordinating with local sites and coaching trainers, with international travel and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience within supply chain and/or logistics.
• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly understand processes and systems; solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiasm for regular international travel to deliver training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions across the EMEA region.
• Continuously improve and update training materials and content.
• Organize training sessions and coordinate them with local sites.
• Train and coach local trainers in various countries.
