Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Client Service Risk Manager for Technology Advisory. This role leads integrated case management and provides expert guidance on CSR matters related to technology innovation and risk, coordinating with CSTs, firm functions, and cell leaders to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated case management and advice on CSR cases related to technology and risk.
• Build relationships with Client Service Professionals, Technology and Product teams and CSRC members.
• Ensure data integrity for all casework and contribute to policy reviews and risk assessments.
• Support initiatives that enhance awareness and transparency within the CSR function.
