Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a TPRM Program Lead to own end-to-end delivery of a Third-Party Risk Management managed service for a major enterprise client in Amsterdam. You will coordinate a distributed team, run governance cadences, and ensure SLA/KPI performance while serving as the single accountability point for the program.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in third-party/supplier risk management, managed services delivery, or program management.
• 6-8 years in a client-facing delivery leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-domain compliance or risk programs at scale (200+ supplier portfolios).
• Knowledge across TPRM domains (e.g., cyber security, GDPR/privacy, ESG, geopolitical risk) with deep expertise in at least one.
• Experience running governance forums (QBRs/steering committees) and SLA/KPI-based contracts.
• Familiarity with GRC/TPRM platforms (OneTrust or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the TPRM managed service across all in-scope risk domains with quality SLA/KPI adherence.
• Coordinate and manage the specialist consultant team, prioritise workload, manage dependencies, and escalation triage.
• Run governance cadence: daily/weekly status calls, monthly meetings, QBRs, and improvement forums.
• Act as primary escalation point for client stakeholders when issues arise.
• Own consolidated SLA/KPI reporting and dashboards; present progress, risks, and remediation status to leadership.
• Drive process/platform improvements in GRC/TPRM with client platform/product owners.
• Manage change control for scope/volume changes and associated commercial implications with Client Partner.
• Lead transition/knowledge transfer at contract milestones, renewals, or exits.
• Build/maintain senior-level relationships with the client’s Program Sponsor, Service Delivery Manager, and Business Owners.
