Job summary

CRH seeks a Senior Internal Audit Manager, Technology, to lead global IT audit engagements, strengthen controls, and advance technology risk management across the group. You will guide diverse teams, shape audit methodologies, and partner with IT, security and finance stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights.

You will assess ERP/SAP environments, cyber security, ITGCs, and data analytics, driving efficiency and governance improvements while traveling to CRH locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Finance/Business with IT focus, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT audit/technology risk experience at manager level or equivalent.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, RE, or equivalent.
• Experience in SOX, governance, internal controls, compliance and substantive testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver engagements of the annual IT audit plan with risk-based audits.
• Direct and develop audit teams; coach and foster high-performing culture.
• Assess and improve IT, cyber, ERP, AI, OT, and digital control environments.
• Drive audits transformations, governance, controls standards and SOX/methodology.
• Build relationships with IT, security, finance and operations stakeholders.
• Identify emerging tech risks and leverage analytics, automation and AI in audits.
• Travel to CRH locations to oversee planning, fieldwork, and coaching.
