Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk & Architecture in Amsterdam to lead security transformation at scale. You will shape how organizations think about cybersecurity, translate threats and regulatory shifts into executive narratives, and drive high-impact engagements from strategy through delivery.

You will set security agendas, own engagements end-to-end, and build teams while growing service offerings across Integrated Risk Management and governance models.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in security, technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in security strategy, advisory, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading consulting engagements and delivery teams.
• Experience across domains: Integrated Risk Management, third-party risk, governance models, and transformations.
• Ability to connect security outcomes to business value with credible communication to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Set the security agenda for clients with strategies and roadmaps linked to business priorities.
• Own engagements end-to-end, managing delivery, stakeholders, and risk decisions.
• Mentor and build the team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and grow service offerings.
