Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk & Architecture to lead security transformation and advisory engagements for major clients. You will articulate how threats, regulations, and complex architectures translate into actionable executive insights and investment decisions.

You will drive high-level engagements, guide teams, and shape offerings while communicating value to C-suite stakeholders across industries. Fluency in English and Dutch is expected.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in security, technology, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in security strategy, advisory, or consulting in a senior environment.
• Proven record leading consulting engagements and delivery teams.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Set the security agenda for clients; define strategies and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Own engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality and effective stakeholder management.
• Build and mentor the team; foster growth and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to grow services and shape proposals for offerings.
