Job summary

Adyen is recruiting a Team Lead, IT Support, EMEA based in Amsterdam. You will build and lead a distributed nine-person team across three offices to elevate the IT support experience worldwide.

You’ll blend hands-on support with a strategic mindset, setting short- and medium-term plans, driving automation, and partnering with regional leadership to deliver excellent service and scalable IT operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT Support or similar.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop talent through coaching.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and define success by setting short- and long-term IT support strategies for the EMEA region.
• Supervise and mentor a distributed team across offices.
• Drive performance using leadership framework and metrics.
• Deliver best-in-class IT support with a focus on automation and process improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Business Enablement, HR, Compliance, and other teams.
