Interfood Group in Bladel is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Support to handle administrative data in our ERP system, verify incoming warehouse confirmations and ensure product characteristics and documents meet specifications.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Freight and Finance, monitor pallet movements, support e-invoicing, and investigate discrepancies with a proactive, independent mindset. This role offers growth in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed MBO+ education, preferably in an administrative or logistics-related field.
• Experience in administrative tasks within an international environment.
• Strong digital skills and confidence with ERP systems, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication in English; additional language skills (Dutch, French, German or Spanish) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process and maintain data in our ERP system, including allocations for accurate inventory registration.
• Monitor and follow up on incoming goods receipt confirmations from European warehouses.
• Check documents against product characteristics and specifications (age, quality, certificates).
• Process and monitor pallet movements in our pallet pooling system.
• Monitor packaging balances, identify discrepancies and initiate follow-up actions.
• Process credit and debit notes and support e-invoicing processes.
• Investigate administrative discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain an overview of ongoing administrative processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
