Westfort Vleesproducten seeks an Administrator Shipping Containers to coordinate international shipments from order to delivery at the destination port. You will process international sales orders in our ERP system, monitor shipments, and ensure all documentation and data are up to date for every container.

You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production and Finance, maintain contact with customers, freight forwarders and cold storage facilities, and keep stakeholders informed with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education (HBO) with working mindset.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language is a plus, but not required.
• Accurate work, strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, independent, flexible and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in an international environment.
• Affinity with ERP systems, administration and international logistics processes.
• Experience with international shipping, export documentation, or container logistics is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process international sales orders in our ERP system.
• Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
• Calculate available stock and prepare shipment schedules.
• Organize transportation of refrigerated containers with freight forwarders.
• Provide cold storage facilities and freight forwarders with loading and product information.
• Ensure necessary veterinary and transport documentation can be prepared correctly.
• Keep customers informed about planning, shipment progress, and transport details.
• Monitor compliance with agreed payment terms.
• Review order, transport and export documentation.
• Maintain ERP system information and container status.
• Monitor the entire logistics process and act on deviations.
