Job summary

OSI International in Beuningen is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist Inventory to ensure accurate stock registration, storage and availability. You will monitor daily inventory, identify discrepancies and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

You will cooperate with warehouse, purchasing, planning and logistics teams, manage reorder points, analyze KPIs, and support improvements in inventory management processes.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 in logistics or equivalent education.
• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably inventory management.
• Precise, organized and proactive work attitude.
• Independent and good team spirit.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS and strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Good communication in Dutch and/or English, valid NL work permit.
• Reach truck and/or forklift certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Manage reorder points and safety stocks.

Our factory Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist Inventory (m/f/x).

Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Specialist Inventory, you ensure that materials and finished products are correctly registered, stored, and available when needed. You monitor inventory daily, identify discrepancies, and take the initiative to continuously improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels and movements.
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Managing reorder points and safety stocks.
• Planning and conducting periodic inventory checks and audits.
• Analyzing inventory data and reporting relevant KPIs.
• Collaborating with warehouse, purchasing, planning, and logistics.
• Initiating and supporting improvement projects related to inventory management and logistics processes.

What We Expect

• MBO work and thinking level 3 or 4, preferably in logistics.
• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in inventory management.

• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• A valid reach truck and/or forklift certificate is a plus.

• A temporary contract for a duration of 1 year.
• A salary between € 3,300 and € 4,100 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
