Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks a Senior Strategy Analyst to partner with segment leaders across Europe and Asia-Pacific to design and manage strategic plans. You will analyze market trends, P&L performance, and implement value-driven strategies through the Value Enhancement Program (VEP).

The role requires robust financial analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with SAP/OneStream. He/she will work in a multi-office, international team with travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering and/or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Typically 10–12 years of international corporate experience in strategy.
• Experience in manufacturing such as plastics, chemical, or refining is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment leaders to design and manage strategic plans.
• Analyze customer/product and P&L performance for strategy alignment.
• Lead annual strategic planning and long-range planning processes.
• Drive data-driven recommendations to enhance value and execution.
• Collaborate across regions on regional/global projects and M&A.
