Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Global Supply Chain Excellence Leader in Rotterdam to lead the COE Forecast to Plan. You will manage a four-person team across Houston and Rotterdam, driving strategic supply chain solutions, governance, and best-in-class practices for OnePlan adoption and value realization.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar leadership position, a strong background in continuous improvement, and expertise with advanced planning tools and data analytics. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• APICS/CSCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role at a multinational.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of analysts in developing and implementing strategic supply chain solutions.
• Serve as COE liaison to senior stakeholders to drive collaboration and tailor solutions.
• Implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and drive process maturity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementations.
• Own end-to-end planning process standards and governance via OnePlan.
• Partner with IT, Data & Analytics to translate requirements into scalable planning solutions.
• Drive readiness, adoption and value realization for OnePlan across the organization.
