Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Manager, Strategic Sourcing to support our Laboratories Early Phase Discovery Services business. This strategic procurement leadership role drives value through sourcing excellence, supplier engagement, negotiations, risk mitigation, and supply continuity across laboratory operations, with a focus on Europe.

You will partner with Scientific Operations, Laboratory Leadership and Compliance teams to lead end-to-end sourcing projects, establish plans and metrics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualifications.
• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing across Early Discovery and Preclinical Operations.
• Develop regional and global sourcing strategies.
• Conduct RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to benchmark suppliers.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Partner with stakeholders across Scientific Operations, Laboratory Management and Quality to align procurement with business needs.
