Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories Discovery | EMEA is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement across Early Phase Discovery operations. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations, partnering with Scientific Operations, Quality, Finance and Legal to ensure supply continuity and value creation globally, with a focus on Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• At least 5 years in procurement within regulated environments.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects.
• Experience in laboratory, CRO, pharmaceutical or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop regional and global sourcing strategies for Early Phase Discovery.
• Conduct RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; benchmark suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Partner with Scientific Operations, Laboratory Management and Quality teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost savings and value creation initiatives.
