Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead our most strategically significant customer portfolio from the Netherlands. You will own the success strategy, adoption, and health of DataSnipper’s top audit networks and lead a team of 6 Senior Customer Success Managers dedicated to this segment.

This senior role sits at the intersection of health and adoption outcomes, commercial retention, and executive relationship management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar, with leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise accounts in professional services, audit, finance, or accounting tech is a strong plus.
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 Senior Customer Success Managers.
• Own the roadmap and priorities for the strategic segment across top audit networks.
• Shape and own the CS strategy, methodology, and operating model for the segment.
• Drive health, adoption and value metrics across the portfolio and manage risk with stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and GTM to influence roadmap and go-to-market.
