Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA team, focusing on the Southern European market. This technical audit advisor role sits at the intersection of product capabilities and real customer use cases, from discovery and demos to pilots and deal support.

You will be the regional technical voice, shaping our presence, revenue, and strategy while collaborating with sales, product, and customers across the region in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of internal/external audit processes or financial advisory.
• Strong ability to articulate complex audit concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; another Southern European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery aligned to customer pain points and audit workflows.
• Create and deliver high-impact demos addressing real audit procedures and ROI.
• Run pilots with clear goals, timelines and success metrics.
• Validate technical feasibility and product fit from multiple perspectives.
• Serve as the primary technical voice for the Southern Europe market.
• Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on use cases and gaps.
• Collaborate with AEs and AMs to drive revenue growth across segments.
• Manage CRM, deal handovers and solution fit validation.
• Build new workflows and improve SE practices for global initiatives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on customer tech and AI strategy.
