Job summary
Quooker seeks an International Service Development Specialist to shape future products and improve service delivery across markets. You’ll be the key link between International Service and R&D, translating service needs into clear requirements and challenging designs from a service perspective.
You’ll work with R&D, Product Management and Quality, leading international service improvement projects and driving diagnostics, tools and digital solutions that enhance product support globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years in technical service, product development or service engineering.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) preferred.
- Able to influence stakeholders across countries.
Responsibilities
- Bridge International Service and R&D by translating service needs into clear requirements.
- Lead international service improvement projects from idea to implementation.
- Contribute to design reviews, testing and product launches with a service perspective.
- Ensure serviceability, diagnostics and lifecycle impact are considered in development decisions.
- Digitalise installation instructions and improve spare-parts visibility across markets.
