Job summary

Quooker is seeking an International Service Development Specialist to blend product development with international service improvement. You will influence how future products are designed while enhancing service delivery today.

You will link International Service with R&D, translating field needs into clear requirements, and leading international service improvement projects from idea to implementation, ensuring serviceability and lifecycle considerations are central.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical service, product development or service engineering.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between International Service and R&D to translate service needs into product requirements.
• Contribute to design reviews, testing and product launches with focus on serviceability, diagnostics and lifecycle impact.
• Lead international service improvement projects from idea to implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality and Manufacturing across countries.
