Zusammenfassung

Quooker seeks a Head of Digital Growth to shape its transformation and build the digital capabilities for its next phase of international growth. You will lead the global digital consumer ecosystem across web, CRM, e-commerce, DTC and lead management, creating seamless experiences from first engagement to retention.

You will drive the digital strategy, define priorities and KPIs, and own the measurement and experimentation agenda to optimise experiences and deliver measurable commercial growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, CRM, digital marketing and/or consumer experience with a leadership role.
• Proven track record of measurable digital and commercial growth in a consumer-focused organisation.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce, including conversion optimisation and commercial growth.
• Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing and/or building direct consumer relationships.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with Marketing, Sales and IT across multiple markets.

Aufgaben

• Lead Quooker’s global digital growth strategy through data, measurement and experimentation.
• Accelerate DTC and e-commerce growth, driving conversion, sales and customer value.
• Connect CRM, Brand, Media, Trade Marketing, Sales and IT around one seamless consumer journey.
• Define the global digital consumer strategy, set KPIs and continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Own the CRM lifecycle marketing and marketing automation to create personalised consumer experiences.
