Job summary

Quooker seeks an International Service Development Specialist to combine product development with international service improvements. You will bring service insight to R&D and translate field needs into actionable product requirements, shaping future Quooker products while enhancing today’s service.

You will lead global service improvement projects and collaborate with R&D, Product Management and Quality to ensure serviceability, diagnostics and lifecycle considerations are embedded from concept

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–5 years in technical service, product development or service engineering.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Bring the voice of Service into product development, ensuring serviceability is considered from the very beginning.
• Connect International Service and R&D, translating real-world service needs into requirements for new products, product changes and digital solutions.
• Drive international service improvements, leading projects that make our service organisation smarter, more efficient and ready for the future.
• Work closely with R&D, Product Management and Quality; contribute to design reviews, testing and product launches.
• Identify serviceability, diagnostics and lifecycle impacts when making product decisions; ensure international service organisations are prepared to support new products entering the market.
• Lead international service improvement projects, such as improving spare-parts visibility, supply, or digitalising installation instructions across markets.
• Combine service data with field feedback to drive improvements to products and the way we provide service internationally.
