Job summary

Scarabee Group is seeking a Manager Service Operations to lead and develop a regional team responsible for maintaining security installations at international airports. You will drive KPI performance, optimize processes, and deliver strong customer value while managing budgets and reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in engineering or business, 5+ years in service/operations management, and excellent Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in service/operations management in a technical/industrial environment.
• Proven KPI-driven management and process optimization experience.
• Experience with service management software and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership with a coaching-oriented, communicative and results-driven approach.
• Experience in stakeholder management with Sales, Finance, Operations and customers.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop local Service Managers and teams.
• Manage KPIs related to service quality, response times, customer satisfaction and cost control.
• Optimize processes and systems, including service management software.
• Provide financial insights by preparing, analysing and monitoring budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations, and report directly to customers.
• Lead improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and value for customers.
