Job summary

Scarabee Aviation Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Contract Manager Services to drive commercial growth and ensure excellent execution of service contracts for airports in the United States. You will blend sales and contract management to expand offerings such as maintenance, SLAs, upgrades, and lifecycle services, while coordinating with sales, engineering and service teams.

You will travel internationally, primarily to the USA, and manage local partners and subcontractors, balancing costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in service contract management and/or service sales.
• Experience in a technical environment (e.g., security, aviation, or industry).
• Strong commercial drive and experience with consultative selling.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and service processes; good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Actively selling service contracts (maintenance, SLAs, upgrades, lifecycle services).
• Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Preparing quotations, pricing strategies, and conducting contract negotiations.
• Managing and optimizing ongoing service contracts (SLAs, KPIs, costs and margins).
• Serving as the point of contact for customers throughout the contract duration.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and service teams.
• Manage and monitor local partners and subcontractors.
• Improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
