Sioux is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Director for the semiconductor equipment sector. You will lead growth initiatives, leverage engineering strengths across Europe and Asia, and build strategic relationships with OEMs to expand the customer base globally.

You will translate market needs into commercial priorities, manage long-cycle deals, and guide the commercial team while traveling internationally to meet customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in business development or commercial leadership within semiconductor or related high-tech market.
• Established network within European and Asian semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record in winning new customers and developing long-cycle business.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing commercial professionals.
• Ability to discuss complex engineering propositions with customers and technical teams.
