Sioux Technologies is seeking a Global Business Development Director for the semiconductor equipment sector. You will lead growth initiatives, leverage our cross-border engineering teams in Europe and Asia, and shape our market expansion strategy.

You will open doors with OEMs, build strategic relationships, manage long-cycle deals, and translate customer needs into actionable opportunities while traveling internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business development or commercial leadership in semiconductor/high-tech.
• Established network in European/Asian semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record in winning customers and long-cycle deals.
• Willingness to travel internationally; professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Sioux's growth in the global semiconductor equipment market.
• Open doors and build strategic relationships with OEMs.
• Grow Sioux's customer base beyond existing key accounts.
• Build and manage opportunities from first contact through proposal and contract.
• Connect customer needs with Sioux's engineering capabilities in Europe and Asia.
• Lead and coach the commercial team within Semiconductor.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and leadership teams across regions.
• Translate market developments into clear commercial priorities.
• Travel regularly to engage with partners and customers.
