Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Business Process Efficiency Consultant in Rotterdam to advise on end-to-end, cross-functional processes that are standardized, simplified, scalable, automated, and cost-efficient, aligning with OE and HSE objectives. You will join a team of five with no direct reports.

The role emphasizes change management, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, using SAP and BPM concepts to deliver lasting value across manufacturing, procurement, and finance, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related function such as Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience and evidence of delivering results in influential roles.
• Experience with process management, mapping, BPMN, metrics and reporting analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and internal controls in cross-functional processes.
• SAP experience in Project Management, Product Safety, Maintenance, Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.

• Advise on end-to-end cross-functional business processes that are standardized, simplified and automated.
• Partner with business leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead change management activities to adopt and sustain improvements across functions.
