Job summary

LyondellBasell seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Business Planning. You will manage a four-person team (two in Houston, two in Rotterdam) and guide cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic planning solutions.

The role focuses on OnePlan rollout, governance, and value realization, partnering with IT, Data & Analytics, and program teams. You will drive adoption, change management, and ensure planning standards are embedded in day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• APICS/CSCP certification is advantageous.
• 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma and with advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of analysts in developing and implementing strategic supply chain solutions.
• Serve as COE liaison to senior stakeholders and build key relationships.
• Drive OnePlan rollout, governance, and standardized planning processes across regions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple initiatives.
• Ensure OnePlan capabilities are embedded in day-to-day planning decisions.
