Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Transcend Deployment Manager - Quality Management to drive the global deployment of SAP QM capabilities and ensure real-time quality control across Source, Make, and Deliver. This hybrid role supports NextGen QS integration and end-to-end quality processes within the Transcend program.

The position requires 6+ years in QM within regulated manufacturing, strong SAP S/4HANA QM expertise, and leadership across functions, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QM within regulated manufacturing.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA QM, batch management, release workflows.
• Experience with CSV and regulatory inspections.
• People management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global deployment of QM capabilities with NextGen QS.
• Govern batch determination rules and release workflows.
• Provide functional leadership and hands-on delivery.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and hypercare activities.
