360Pharma seeks a seasoned IM Transcend: Global Template Owner – Quality Management – Clinical/R&D Quality to lead global template consolidation and standardization across SAP S/4HANA in a multi-year transformation.

You will champion change, govern processes, develop the Global Template, and drive adoption across markets while aligning with the future-state blueprint. Travel up to 30% may be required; hybrid on-site 3 days/week with optional remote days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in operating large ERP environments and transformations.
• Ability to lead global process standardization and governance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Innovative Medicine SME for Clinical/R&D Quality to drive S/4HANA standardization.
• Ensure processes align with Transcend blueprint and future-state design.
• Act as Change Champion to support global standardization and harmonization.
• Develop, document, and steward the Global Template across markets.
• Apply global business reasoning to manage risks and mitigations.
• Build and optimize processes supporting the Quality ecosystem architecture.
• Support testing, training design, and deployment readiness activities.
• Document and map end-to-end Clinical/R&D Quality processes.
