Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a senior leader to consolidate Commercial Quality processes and shape the Global Template across markets. This hybrid role will coordinate with global teams to standardize ERP-driven workflows and ensure quality compliance throughout the Transcend program.
The position requires 10+ years in operations/quality within a multi-ERP environment, with strong leadership and SAP ERP experience. Domestic and international travel up to 30% may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in multi-ERP environments and global processes.
- Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
- Proven experience with SAP ERP projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation of Commercial Quality processes and Global Template.
- Drive standardization and alignment with Transcend roadmap.
- Act as Change Champion for global standardization.
- Develop and steward the Global Template across markets.
- Support training design and compliance documentation.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize processes.
